I just finished a book in my bookarts class with the colors bright yellow and hot pink. I never see this color combo but I love it. It would make such a cheery, whimsical wedding theme.

Who said you can only have plain color? Jazz it up with patterns. Polka dots, zebra print, paisley, floral, the new popular wallpaper patterns, etc.
Choose one(for fear of too much clashing) and go with it. Maybe you don’t need a polka dot dress- but what about polka dot ribbon on your bouquet?

I’m tired of just white weddings. I hate white flowers with the white dress and the white linens. White = virgin. It’s old, passe. No one cares anymore if your a virgin walking down that aisle. So ditch the all white and go for it.

I love blue for weddings. Aqua blue to be exact. It can be gorgeous and unexpected. So I threw together a mosaic for ya’ll. 🙂

A little visual bling for your weekend.
Having a fall wedding generally means orange and red are your theme colors. I like those colors, but felt like yawning when Nat suggested them. Yes it’s a fall wedding but does that mean I have to have the exact colors of the season? Nope. So I wanted something very bold but to still include red as a compromise. Red and Bluebell and Chocolate are my colors- the exact shades from Paper Source so I can match all my various paper projects. I’m in love with the Red + Bluebell combo but I got a lot of ‘it’s soo informal’ or ‘its too funky’ from family so I threw in chocolate, a wonderfully formal shade to bring it all down, just a tad.
